Capucine De Wulf jewelry is designed with Love! Our jewelry is made of a variety of materials; semi-precious stones, re-constituted stones, natural materials such as teak or coral and some manmade materials such as acrylic. 18k gold or silver coating over brass. All pieces are handmade by established fine jewelry makers in Thailand & India.
Care - Always avoid contact with water, lotion, perfume, chlorine, perspiration, hairspray, and makeup as these can alter the jewelry finish. Keep in signature fempower fuchsia pouch when not being worn.
Treat this jewelry as you would any precious possession! This is a personal decision with two very different answers.
Wear Sparingly: If you like to keep your jewels in mint condition
Avoid contact with chemicals, personal care products, excessive moisture and store carefully in the original case or pouch. Your fine jewelry should be the last thing you put on before leaving your home, and the first thing you take off when you return home. Handling these pieces with care will ensure they last for generations to come. This care is recommended for your more valuable statement pieces – large gemstones and complex stone settings.

Then you, like Capucine, are a little bit naughty or lazy – perhaps both - in that you don’t mind the little scratches, dings and occasional repairs that come along with living in your pieces. Which is why we have a very patient and understanding repair department who lovingly replace stones, re-shapes bracelets and polishes your beloved pieces anytime you wish. Estimates are given for approval. We do recommend removing jewelry before rigorous activities such as riding, motorbike racing, scuba diving, rock climbing etc.
We can fix that! CDW offers complimentary repairs and shipping for normal wear or defects within 1 year of purchase date. For repairs or damage caused by things other than normal wear or defect, a charge will be applied based on the required service. Beyond the 1 year period, the customer is responsible for all shipping and fees associated with repairs. In cases of lost stones, the customer will be responsible for the cost to replace the stone. Due to the nature of handmade products, imperfections are not considered defects or cause for repair.
